- HM-600E Automatic Gluing And Spotter Machine
HM-600E Automatic Gluing and Spotter Machine is unique and precise for its ROBOT and camera tracing system to spotter the pasted greyboard box onto the coated paper. So this new machine carries out a fantastic job in mass producing every kind of high end rigid boxes, such as cellphone boxes, shirt boxes, candy boxes and gift boxes, etc.
This machine adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC and man-machine control, camera tracing system, robot to rectifying system. The feeder, gluer and conveyor are driven by servo system which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption. The spot unit adopts Germany camera with 5 million pixels and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotting accuracy to within ±0.05mm.
This whole machine only needs 1 or 2 operators and outputs about 15-35 pcs/min.
